Would be great except the constant "rate my app" prompts

I downloaded this a week ago and it works well for what I needed - a simple meal planner for the days of the week. I wish it would scroll to the current day and its not attractive but its functional. Except. Literally everytime I open the app, it wants me to rate it. Every. Time. Its a terrible user experience decision on the part of the app creator. I know its free but I also know I get served a little banner ad at the bottom that Im sure generates some income.
